Technical Lead
Job Summary
To lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise Data & AI solutions, the remote Technical Lead will manage engineering teams and collaborate with stakeholders to develop scalable and secure data products using Azure Databricks, PySpark, and Python.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of data solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver production-grade enterprise data products
- Utilize modern data architecture principles to enhance marketing intelligence and AI-enabled analytics
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and modern cloud-based data engineering platforms
- Advanced expertise in PySpark, Python, and SQL
- Experience with Delta Lake and Medallion Architecture
- Knowledge of data governance, access controls, and secure data management
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI-enabled analytics and Conversational BI
