Technical Lead
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end technical delivery of enterprise Data & AI solutions, the remote Technical Lead will provide leadership in Azure Databricks, PySpark, and AI analytics while mentoring the engineering team and managing delivery execution.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery from architecture and design to deployment and release management of Data & AI solutions
- Mentor and guide the engineering team through solution design, code reviews, and technical issue resolution
- Act as the primary technical liaison with stakeholders, translating requirements into scalable data products
Required qualifications
- Expertise in Azure Databricks, PySpark, Python, SQL, and Delta Lake
- Experience with Medallion Architecture and semantic modeling
- Proven track record in leading engineering teams and managing technical delivery
- Strong understanding of AI/GenAI-enabled analytics
- Ability to coordinate across engineering, architecture, DevOps, and business teams
