Technical Lead
Job Summary
Driving the successful delivery of complex software implementations, the full-time remote Technical Lead will serve as a subject matter expert, bridging client requirements with technical execution while mentoring team members and managing project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project and Delivery Managers to manage project scope, schedule, and quality
- Lead technical workshops and ensure successful delivery of technical scope items while communicating project status and risks
- Utilize software delivery performance measurement tools and conduct testing runs, including factory and site acceptance testing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the electricity industry with strong analysis skills
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, microservices, and various data technologies
- Familiarity with emerging energy industry trends and utility client implications
- Experience in automating processes and building scripting solutions for product support
