Job Summary
Leading technical initiatives remotely, the full-time Technical Lead will serve as the primary contact for VA products, guiding build planning, sprint execution, and releases while overseeing architecture maintenance and backlog refinement.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main technical contact for assigned VA products, guiding build planning and sprint execution
- Maintain product architecture packages and lead backlog refinement with the VA Product Owner
- Oversee CI/CD processes and provide technical input for PI Planning and Tier II/III troubleshooting
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience, including 2+ years as a technical lead or product owner on a federal program
- VA enterprise systems experience (VistA, VAEC, VA TRM, ATO)
- Agile/DevSecOps technical leadership of cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to obtain a Tier 2 / Moderate Risk Public Trust and a VA PIV credential
