Job Summary
Serving as the main technical contact for assigned products, the full-time Technical Lead will guide build planning, oversee sprint execution and releases, and maintain product architecture while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead backlog refinement with the VA Product Owner, decomposing epics into features and stories with acceptance criteria
- Oversee CI/CD processes in VA-approved tools and manage ATO upkeep and security remediation
- Provide technical input to PI Planning and lead Tier II/III troubleshooting and sustainment efforts
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience, including 2+ years as a technical lead or product owner on a federal program
- Experience with VA enterprise systems (VistA, VAEC, VA TRM, ATO)
- Agile/DevSecOps technical leadership experience with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Must be able to obtain a Tier 2 / Moderate Risk Public Trust and a VA PIV credential
