Job Summary
Serving as the main technical contact for assigned products, the full-time remote Technical Lead will guide build planning, sprint execution, and releases while overseeing architecture maintenance and leading backlog refinement with the VA Product Owner.

- Oversee CI/CD processes and lead Tier II/III troubleshooting and sustainment efforts
Required qualifications
- Mid/Level II: 8+ years of experience with 2+ years as a technical lead or product owner on a federal program
- Senior/Level III: 13+ years of experience with 7+ years technical and 3+ years leading federal teams
- Experience with VA enterprise systems (VistA, VAEC, VA TRM, ATO)
- Agile/DevSecOps technical leadership experience with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
