Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote Technical Lead will serve as the main technical contact for assigned products, guiding build planning, sprint execution, and releases while overseeing architecture maintenance and backlog refinement.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact to the VA, guiding build planning and sprint execution
- Maintain product architecture documentation and lead backlog refinement with the VA Product Owner
- Oversee CI/CD processes and provide technical input for program governance and troubleshooting
Required qualifications
- Mid / Level II: 8+ years of experience, including 2+ years as a technical lead or product owner on a federal program
- Senior / Level III: 13+ years of experience, including 7+ years technical and 3+ years leading federal teams
- Experience with VA enterprise systems (VistA, VAEC, VA TRM, ATO)
- Agile/DevSecOps technical leadership experience with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
