Job Summary
Serving as the main technical contact for assigned products, the full-time remote Technical Lead will guide build planning, oversee CI/CD processes, and lead backlog refinement while mentoring teams and providing technical input to program governance.
Key responsibilities
- Guide build planning, sprint execution, and releases as the main technical contact to the VA
- Maintain product architecture packages and lead backlog refinement with the VA Product Owner
- Oversee CI/CD processes and lead Tier II/III troubleshooting and sustainment efforts
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience for Mid/Level II, including 2+ years as a technical lead or product owner on a federal program
- 13+ years of experience for Senior/Level III, including 7+ years technical and 3+ years leading federal teams
- Experience with VA enterprise systems such as VistA and VAEC
- Proven Agile/DevSecOps technical leadership of cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
