Technical Lead - Angular & Python
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Technical Lead - Angular & Python, this role will manage technical delivery for a cross-functional product engineering team, focusing on Angular and Python APIs while actively participating in design, implementation, and production support.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day technical delivery, engaging in solution design, complex implementation, code reviews, and production support
- Translate product requirements into maintainable software designs and development tasks, identifying dependencies and risks early
- Set standards for engineering quality, mentor team members, and drive technical decisions while managing technical debt and delivery risk
Required qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular 17+ and TypeScript, including advanced features and performance optimization
- Proficient in Python and FastAPI or similar frameworks, with a solid understanding of REST design and asynchronous execution
- Experience with relational data modeling, SQL/PostgreSQL, and cloud technologies such as AWS and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with engineering quality practices, including unit tests, code reviews, and secure dependency management
- Exposure to life sciences or clinical technology is advantageous but not mandatory
