Job Summary
Leading the architecture and development of advisor and client-facing applications, the full-time Technical Lead - Application Engineering will manage end-to-end engineering processes, focusing on performance, scalability, and security in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering efforts for advisor and client platforms, ensuring adherence to financial industry security standards
- Architect distributed microservices and guide frontend engineering using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) within Agile frameworks, driving quality and high-velocity delivery
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in application/platform engineering with a focus on Java, Spring Boot, and microservices
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabling integrations and secure API design
- Proficiency in cloud engineering, preferably Azure, along with CI/CD practices
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex solutions at scale
- Working knowledge of identity and access engineering protocols such as OAuth 2.0 and SAML
