Job Summary
Leading a team of SRE/DevOps engineers, the full-time Technical Lead - Cloud Engineering will manage site reliability, middleware application platforms, and incident management while working remotely to ensure high availability and performance of production systems.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure high availability and resilience of production systems by implementing SRE best practices and driving automation
- Manage deployments and troubleshoot middleware issues related to various server technologies, ensuring smooth operation across environments
- Lead major incident management processes, coordinating cross-functional teams and providing timely updates to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Experience with site reliability engineering and middleware application management
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting WebLogic, Tomcat, Apache, and Nginx servers
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as New Relic and Splunk for performance insights
- Strong background in incident, problem, and change management, preferably with ITIL certification
- Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring technical teams
