Job Summary
Driving end-to-end delivery of enterprise Data & AI solutions, the full-time Technical Lead - Data & AI will lead engineering teams and support Marketing Intelligence and Conversational BI initiatives in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture, development, deployment, and releases
- Mentor engineers and conduct code/design reviews
- Manage sprint planning, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Azure Databricks, PySpark, Python, and SQL
- Experience with Delta Lake, Medallion Architecture, and Unity Catalog
- Knowledge of AI/GenAI Analytics and Databricks Genie
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and marketing data
- Background in technical architecture and data engineering
