Leading multiple Agile product teams, the remote Technical Lead - Digital Banking will shape the future of consumer and business digital banking platforms by driving technical direction, mentoring engineers, and delivering scalable and secure banking solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical direction across multiple Agile product teams delivering customer-facing digital banking capabilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for engineering managers, architects, and product leaders
- Drive delivery of scalable, resilient, and secure banking solutions while guiding technical roadmaps and modernization initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in technical work, or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of experience
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years of technical leadership experience in banking, fintech, payments, or regulated industries
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
- Strong knowledge of modern software development practices, including DevSecOps and CI/CD
