Technical Lead - Healthcare IT
Job Summary
Providing hands-on technical leadership for application design and development, the full-time Technical Lead - Healthcare IT will guide an engineering team in building and maintaining Angular front-end applications and Java-centric backend systems, while ensuring code quality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of application components, translating CMS policy and business requirements into maintainable software
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers, setting coding standards and conducting code reviews
- Develop and maintain APIs and integrations, ensuring compliance with FISMA, FedRAMP, HIPAA, and other regulations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including leadership roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular and modern front-end development
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust (Tier I) Clearance
