Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Technical Lead - Microsoft Technologies, the full-time remote position will manage the design and development of scalable enterprise applications, lead Agile teams, and drive AI initiatives while ensuring engineering best practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, and Angular, while building secure RESTful APIs
- Lead Agile development teams, providing technical direction and mentoring to enhance team capabilities
- Understand business problems to design and deliver AI/ML solutions, coordinating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of software development experience using Microsoft technologies
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams as a Technical Lead
- Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Angular
- Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML initiatives and cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure
