Job Summary
Leading the technical vision and architecture for secure payment processing systems, the full-time Technical Lead Payments will manage multidisciplinary engineering squads and ensure PCI-DSS compliance while working remotely and adhering to East Coast hours.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of robust enterprise applications focused on high-volume payment processing engines
- Drive the development of scalable backend services using C# and .NET, integrating with major payment gateways
- Architect and build responsive front-end interfaces using React and TypeScript for complex financial workflows
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a Technical Lead or Principal role
- Deep expertise in payments architecture and transaction processing, including familiarity with payment gateways
- Solid understanding of PCI-DSS compliance and financial security best practices
- Expert proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem, with current hands-on coding experience
- Strong experience in building scalable front-end applications using React and TypeScript
