Job Summary
Anchoring a dedicated delivery squad, the full-time Technical Lead Simulation Engineer will manage a team of remote engineers to build a scalable Simulation Foundation Platform, focusing on hands-on architecture and development using NVIDIA Omniverse, while integrating cross-functional engineering tracks.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily technical execution of a 6-person simulation team, assigning tasks and resolving technical blockers
- Architect and develop core simulation platform components using NVIDIA Omniverse, OpenUSD, and Python/C++
- Standardize AI-native engineering practices and optimize 3D asset ingestion and real-time physics simulation performance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with 1-2 years in a technical lead or team lead role
- Proven experience architecting solutions within the NVIDIA Omniverse platform
- Advanced proficiency in Python and solid working proficiency in C++
- Demonstrated knowledge of distributed GPU infrastructure and robotics middleware (ROS2)
- Experience with AI-assisted developer workflows and automated testing tools
