Job Summary
Leading the design and development of modern, scalable web applications, the full-time Technical Lead (Vue.js + Nuxt.js) will provide hands-on technical leadership, mentor developers, and collaborate with stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale applications using Vue.js and Nuxt.js
- Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable, and scalable front-end components while ensuring application performance and security
- Mentor and guide developers through code reviews and technical coaching, fostering a collaborative engineering culture
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 8-12+ years of software development experience, with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Vue.js
- Strong experience with Nuxt.js, SSR, SSG, and modern front-end architectures
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks
- Experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise applications in Agile/Scrum environments
