Job Summary
Leading a remote team of frontend and full-stack engineers, the full-time Technical Lead, Web Development will drive the technical vision for both frontend and backend development of the flagship website, focusing on delivering high-quality user interfaces and scalable data integrations.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with remote teams to provide technical guidance through code reviews and knowledge sharing
- Drive the technical vision for frontend architecture and backend services, including API design and data integration pipelines

Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in front and backend web development, particularly with modern JavaScript frameworks

- Strong understanding of content management systems and headless CMS architectures
- Practical experience managing cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code practices
