Job Summary
Driving customer order fulfillment excellence, the full-time remote Technical Leader - Steam Turbine Controls will manage technical scope execution, design, and implementation of controls system projects for nuclear and fossil steam turbines while ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical ownership from commercial inquiry to customer operation for high-risk and complex projects
- Support commercial teams with technical inputs for customer proposals and drive product development requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety, performance, and reliability requirements while coordinating project lifecycle tasks
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of design experience in steam turbine controls engineering
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering
- Strong experience with Mark VIe, ControlST, and Cimplicity software suites
- Field engineering experience with steam turbine controls retrofits is a strong plus
- Proficiency in business computer applications including Microsoft Access, Visio, and Office Suite
