Job Summary

Leading the strategy and development of the HVAC Equipment Training portfolio, the full-time remote Technical Learning Manager will manage a team of professionals, ensuring training solutions align with customer and partner needs while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Establish priorities and plans for the HVAC Equipment Training portfolio that align with business needs and product roadmaps
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of technical learning professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Evaluate operational and financial performance using key metrics to guide decisions and identify opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, technical training, or program management
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams
• Strong business acumen with the ability to use data for decision-making
• Experience managing multiple programs or portfolios with competing priorities
