Technical Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Manager to lead the buildout of a new Customer360 platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design and delivery of the Customer360 platform
- Oversee the development of APIs and collaborate with architecture teams to execute the roadmap for a cloud-based data platform
- Participate in architectural reviews and drive engineering rigor through observability and automation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles
- Strong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and AWS cloud services
- Experience with MDM platforms and customer data domains
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Big Query
- Able to collaborate effectively with data science teams and business stakeholders
