Technical Manager - Telecom
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Technical Manager - Telecom with expertise in Nokia Container Services (NCS) and 5G core technologies, the contract position will manage customer-facing technical issues, support 4G/5G core environments, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure while providing 24/7 production support.
Key responsibilities
- Support 4G/5G core, LTE, VoLTE/VoWiFi, CNF/VNF, and telco cloud environments
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes, OpenStack, networking, and cloud infrastructure
- Manage customer-facing technical issues and escalations
Required qualifications
- Hands-on Nokia Container Services (NCS) experience
- 5G/LTE Core and CNF/VNF experience
- Kubernetes and OpenStack experience in telecom environments
- L2/L3 networking, routing, switching, and firewall knowledge
- Customer-facing production support and escalation management experience
