Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Operations Manager to lead the team responsible for the Zendesk ecosystem and its technical integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Zendesk platform
- Manage and mentor a global team of Zendesk Administrators and developers
- Oversee vendor integrations and custom applications to ensure reliability and security
Required Qualifications
- Deep expertise in Zendesk and technical literacy in cloud hosting (AWS preferred)
- Experience in managing global technical teams
- Strong understanding of APIs and integration tools
- Proven ability to drive performance and establish KPIs
- Demonstrated resilience and autonomy in a fast-paced environment
