Technical Operations Manager
Job Summary
Owning technical operations projects end to end, the full-time Technical Operations Lead will manage the development and implementation of systems and automations while working remotely, focusing on improving processes and integrations across various platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Standardize and automate processes in HubSpot and other systems to enhance reporting and client account management
- Build and maintain integrations between tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, and Claude for improved analytics
- Document and ensure adoption of new systems and processes to facilitate ongoing operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in building and implementing technical solutions without direct specifications
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot, including workflows, integrations, and segmentation architecture
- Ability to read and modify code, with experience in AI-assisted development
- Demonstrated success in creating long-lasting systems and processes that are actively used by teams
- Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier is a plus
