Technical Operations Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for managing the Infrastructure Service Request intake and prioritization process within JIRA, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will oversee triage, scheduling, and communication of infrastructure-related work while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the intake, prioritization, and resolution of infrastructure requests, ensuring timely communication and adherence to SLAs
• Lead a team of Cloud Platform Engineers, focusing on coaching, performance management, and career development
• Manage operational processes related to maintenance windows, patching, and security updates while driving efficiency and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or related technical operational roles
• Demonstrated experience managing technical work intake processes using JIRA or similar tools
• Strong understanding of change-management frameworks and operational governance best practices
• Expertise in supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes environments
• Experience with automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible
