Technical Outcomes Manager
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Technical Outcomes Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, analyzing data to identify optimization opportunities, managing platform configurations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical success and ongoing optimization of a portfolio of customers, acting as the primary technical point of contact
- Analyze customer data to uncover trends and deliver actionable recommendations to improve business processes
- Configure and optimize customer environments, managing integration changes and troubleshooting complex issues
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Consulting, Solutions Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Strong data literacy with the ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into business recommendations
- Experience working with SaaS products and enterprise customers
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong project management and organizational skills
