Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Partner Success Specialist who will enhance partner relationships and support their business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach, advise, and train partners and vendor teams on best practices for selling and facilitating services
- Engage with partners to build strong business relationships and represent the company's brand
- Enhance the sales cycle by collaborating with the sales team and articulating technical expertise
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; 4-year related college degree preferred
- 1-3 years of computer and networking support experience in managed services preferred
- 1 year of Microsoft 365 Exchange Online administration experience preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of DNS, SMTP, email servers, and basic networking concepts
- Technology degree or applicable technology experience is advantageous
