Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Partner Success Specialist who will enhance partner relationships and support their business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach, advise, and train partners and vendor teams on best practices for selling and facilitating services
  • Engage with partners to build strong business relationships and represent the company's brand
  • Enhance the sales cycle by collaborating with the sales team and articulating technical expertise

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent; 4-year related college degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of computer and networking support experience in managed services preferred
  • 1 year of Microsoft 365 Exchange Online administration experience preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of DNS, SMTP, email servers, and basic networking concepts
  • Technology degree or applicable technology experience is advantageous
