Technical Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of technology partners, the full-time Technical Partnerships & Integration Manager will scope and launch integrations, serve as the primary contact for partners, and coordinate across teams to ensure successful implementation in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage partner relationships by serving as the day-to-day contact and resolving issues promptly
• Scope and launch integrations by defining requirements and guiding projects from kickoff through launch
• Coordinate across teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure integrations are well built and supported

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in partnerships, solutions engineering, integrations, or a similar role at a software or SaaS company
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take ownership of outcomes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and common data formats like JSON is a plus
