Technical Platform Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Platform Engineer (ECSA) to support core functions of the health system's EHR platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 on-call coverage and second-tier support for application incidents
- Maintain high availability and disaster recovery capabilities for critical systems
- Collaborate with technical teams and assist in the implementation of software and hardware upgrades
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Must obtain Epic certification in relevant module(s) within 3 months of employment
- At least 5 years of experience in Windows, Unix, IIS, or Database administration
- 4+ years of experience in Epic Server Systems or Epic Client Systems administration preferred
- Extensive experience with Unix or PowerShell script development preferred
