Technical Platform Owner - CPQ

Job Summary

Leading the global Customer Experience Management (CxM) commercial platform for Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), the full-time Technical Platform Owner - CPQ will own the product vision, global roadmap, and delivery outcomes while working remotely to simplify complex quoting processes and ensure effective integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the global CPQ product strategy, roadmap, and measurable business outcomes aligned with the MedTech CxM strategy
• Lead end-to-end CPQ product delivery, managing cross-team dependencies and ensuring alignment with business process owners
• Own the CPQ platform budget and resource plan, managing strategic suppliers and ensuring transparency in financial performance and delivery commitments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information technology, computer science, business, engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in product management, platform management, or technology delivery
• Demonstrated product leadership for enterprise CPQ or comparable commercial platforms
• Strong understanding of CPQ business capabilities and experience defining product strategy and outcome-based roadmaps
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and leading cross-functional teams in a regulated environment
