Technical Process Automation Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Process Automation Engineer will build and deliver tools and systems to automate manual tasks, map current processes, define requirements, and develop automated workflows that provide actionable insights across various functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Embed within business teams to map workflows, document requirements, and identify opportunities for automation
- Build automated workflows that connect data across systems, ensuring data integrity and delivering insights
- Document processes and solutions while maintaining the infrastructure behind automation, including custom tools and data pipelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience as a business process analyst or programmer analyst, with a focus on automation in services or operations
- Proven experience integrating systems (REST APIs, databases) and managing data flows between them
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and SQL for automation and data preparation
- A track record of automating workflows and improving processes through code and AI
