Job Summary
Supporting engineering operations for one of the world's most beloved gaming franchises, the remote contract Technical Producer 3 will facilitate sprint planning, organize work items, and partner with QA and release teams to ensure efficient code check-in pipelines and build releases.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
- Organize ADO work items, user stories, dependency tracking, and milestone calendars
- Maintain action logs and follow up on at-risk deliverables to keep cross-functional schedules aligned
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of experience in technical program management, product development, or technical production
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery tracking
- Deep familiarity with workflow tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or Confluence
