Technical Producer
Job Summary
Joining a Global Game Studio's Engineering Systems team, the contract Technical Producer will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage backlog items in Azure DevOps, and coordinate cross-team release pipelines while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, triage, and retrospectives
- Build and maintain sprint dashboards, milestone tracking calendars, and process transition checklists in Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Partner with PMs and engineering leads to draft user stories, scrub backlogs, and prioritize bugs and technical tasks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience in technical program management, software project delivery, product development, or as a producer
- 2+ years of hands-on experience using ADO, Jira, or Confluence to plan sprints and manage task backlogs
- 2+ years of applied experience with Agile or Scrum frameworks, including tracking team velocity and managing release schedules
- Willingness and ability to work standard Pacific Time Zone (PST) hours
