Technical Product Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting product managers in a remote capacity, the full-time Technical Product Analyst will manage SQL-based data validation, refine requirements, and enhance process improvements while serving as a resource for internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with product managers to refine requirements, define acceptance criteria, and support backlog grooming
- Own SQL-based data validation and metric reconciliation, ensuring accurate data transformation and logic
- Investigate data discrepancies and production issues, escalating to engineering when necessary
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, BI analyst, QA/data validation, or technical product analyst role, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
- Strong proficiency in SQL for validating data against source-to-target logic
- Hands-on experience with BI reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes and requirements refinement
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, capable of reconciling discrepancies across multiple data sources
