Technical Product Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Customer Operations team, the full-time remote Technical Product Analyst will manage the development, testing, and reliability of the Distrotheque platform, focusing on translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring software solutions meet operational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Analyze workflows and system dependencies to assess requirements and propose changes
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing for software enhancements and new functionality
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical product analysis, business systems analysis, or software quality assurance
- Experience translating business needs into detailed functional or technical requirements
- Proficiency in developing and executing software test plans and regression testing
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow
- Experience with metadata and digital asset management systems preferred
