Technical Product Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Customer Operations team remotely, the full-time Technical Product Analyst will manage the development, testing, and reliability of the Distrotheque platform, translating business needs into technical requirements, and ensuring software solutions meet operational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing for enhancements, fixes, and new functionalities
- Troubleshoot production issues and monitor system processes to identify and resolve recurring problems
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical product analysis, business systems analysis, or software quality assurance
- Experience developing and executing software test plans and regression testing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate complex system or data issues
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow
- Experience with metadata and digital asset management systems preferred
