Job Summary
Seeking a Technical Product Leader for a fully remote, 12-month contract position focused on transforming knowledge management into a scalable, AI-enabled ecosystem, where the leader will manage technical resources and drive the development of agentic capabilities and frameworks.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and measure KPIs for content accuracy and reliability while automating content review processes
- Define the architecture and roadmap for AI-enabled knowledge capabilities, leading the development of intelligent agents
- Create a scalable enterprise knowledge framework that allows internal teams to contribute and manage trusted knowledge efficiently
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions from concept to production
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and agentic architectures
- Experience with knowledge architecture, taxonomy, metadata, and information governance
- Technical proficiency in APIs, cloud architecture, and Microsoft 365 tools
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional technology programs and collaborate with engineers
