Job Summary
Leading end-to-end product lifecycle management, the full-time remote Lead Technical Product Manager will focus on ServiceNow and workflow-enabled capabilities, partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while refining product backlogs and integrating automation and AI-driven features.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead requirements discovery with business leaders and operational stakeholders to clarify workflows and expected outcomes
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and implementation guidance for engineering teams
- Own and refine product backlog priorities, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a Technical Product Manager or similar technology product role
- 5+ years of experience translating business needs into detailed technical requirements for software engineering teams
- 3+ years of project management experience, including managing timelines and cross-functional coordination
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder facilitation across technical and business domains
