Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
To enhance the developer experience, the fully remote Technical Product Manager - DevEx will lead a team of engineers in delivering new features, define product goals and metrics, and drive user research while leveraging AI solutions to streamline processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers to deliver new features and implement AI solutions to reduce friction in development
- Define product goals, metrics, and roadmaps based on user needs and mission impact
- Conduct user research within engineering and product teams to gather feedback and understand needs
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience with hands-on engineering background or direct PM ownership of developer experience
- Proven success in overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, including user research and evaluation
- Fluent in English
- Experience with AI-based solutions in a larger organization is a bonus
- Professional experience in a consumer fintech company is a plus
