Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading product initiatives for credit decisioning and fulfillment, the remote Technical Product Manager will own the product roadmap, define backend service requirements, and partner with engineering to design scalable platform-based products.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for credit decisioning, fulfillment, and acquisitions capabilities
- Lead scrum teams through planning, backlog management, and delivery ceremonies
- Communicate roadmap, progress, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Required qualifications
- Experience leading product for backend services and distributed systems, ideally platform-based products
- Banking or financial services industry experience, particularly in credit decisioning or lending
- Experience leading scrum teams, including backlog ownership and sprint ceremonies
- Working understanding of AWS and its impact on product and technical decisions
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in technology with specialized training
