Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
Managing the deployment of IDC Quanta's AI platform in China, the full-time Technical Product Manager will oversee cloud provisioning, compliance with local regulations, and coordinate between the US steering committee and local vendors to ensure successful implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the project plan, including cloud infrastructure setup and model evaluation logistics
- Manage the ICP filing process and ensure compliance with MLPS 2.0 and PIPL regulations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to maintain project timelines and report on risks
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in technology implementation, with 5+ years in cross-border China deployments
- Hands-on experience with ICP filing and knowledge of MLPS 2.0
- Prior budget responsibility exceeding $1M USD on comparable projects
- Experience with Alibaba Cloud or AWS China, including VPC isolation and BYOK encryption
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English
