Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end data lifecycle for the device intelligence platform, the full-time remote Technical Product Manager will manage analytics dashboards, server APIs, and customer migration while maintaining a clear roadmap and coordinating product launches.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with product and design teams to define user interactions with device data and prioritize roadmap initiatives
- Maintain a comprehensive roadmap across interconnected surfaces and manage quarterly planning and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate with product marketing for successful product launches and ensure customer training materials are updated and effective
Required qualifications
- Deep understanding of big data pipelines and product decisions related to data collection, storage, and querying
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with data analytics products or identity and anti-fraud platforms
- Familiarity with event-level data APIs and the implications of API design on enterprise customer needs
- Strong technical fluency to engage with engineering teams on APIs and system architecture
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus
