Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the roadmap backlog, the full-time remote Technical Product Manager will manage the portfolio intake process, onboard internal consumers, and run vendor proofs-of-concept while producing program metrics for executive reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Own the roadmap backlog and sequence use cases against business-value anchors and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate the portfolio intake process end-to-end, collaborating with the Enterprise AI Architect
- Produce program metrics for executive reporting, focusing on adoption, usage, and cost metrics
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience as a technical product manager or platform product manager in a relevant organization
- Technical literacy in APIs, identity, integration patterns, and LLM-systems fluency
- Ability to self-serve by querying data, building dashboards, and prototyping against AI APIs
- Experience running intake or prioritization processes with decision rights among senior stakeholders
- Proven track record in building metrics programs for adoption and cost reporting
