Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
Championing developer experience, the full-time remote Technical Product Manager will drive the product strategy for Ping's Orchestration SDK, focusing on enhancing developer adoption and ensuring seamless integration across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Orchestration SDK, transforming complex IAM capabilities into user-friendly developer tools
- Collaborate with documentation and developer relations teams to create high-quality resources that enhance the developer experience
- Engage with customers and the open-source community to gather insights and prioritize product backlog based on developer feedback
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, with hands-on software development experience
- Strong understanding of identity and security protocols, including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and FIDO/WebAuthn
- Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and an understanding of how they interact with SDKs and APIs
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear product requirements and compelling narratives
- Experience in defining and executing product roadmaps in an agile environment, balancing immediate needs with long-term scalability
