Job Summary
To support a growing engineering team, the full-time Forward-Deployed Technical Product Manager will manage client relationships, translate ambiguous needs into actionable requirements, and prototype solutions while working remotely or from the Chicago office.
Key responsibilities
- Own the client relationship by embedding with teams to understand and address their needs
- Turn fuzzy goals into shipped systems by writing clear requirements for engineers
- Prototype solutions before committing engineering resources to ensure alignment with client expectations
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in a hybrid product/technical role, such as product management or solutions engineering
- Technical fluency with the ability to understand code and system architecture
- Experience building with AI tools and automating workflows
- Strong client-facing skills to communicate technical concepts effectively
