Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving successful product delivery, the full-time Technical Product Manager will gain a deep understanding of products and customer journeys across ERP systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Assess ERP opportunities and customer needs to develop business cases and product roadmaps
- Translate business needs and customer feedback into clear product requirements, including releases, epics, and user stories
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure understanding of defined scope, levels of effort, and release timing
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or a combination of education and related experience
- 5+ years of proven professional experience with technical products, preferably in B2B integrations
- Experience in ERP integration/B2B integrations is required
- Certifications in relevant product management and Agile development methodologies
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to be self-directed and demonstrate strong initiative
