Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
Transforming product vision into reality, the full-time remote Technical Product Manager will own end-to-end product design and implementation for digital banking solutions, leveraging AI tools to create and iterate on specifications and software.
Key responsibilities
- Own product design from problem definition through system behavior and user experience, utilizing AI tools for rapid iteration
- Collaborate with squad members to define APIs, data models, and ensure quality assurance and release readiness
- Build and implement software using AI-assisted development workflows, pushing through ambiguity to deliver functional products
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in product and/or engineering roles within fintech, banking, or financial services
- Strong understanding of complex, regulated environments and financial workflows
- Proven ability to design and build systems and workflows, with a track record of shipping working software
- Hands-on development capability across front-end and/or back-end technologies
- Active experience with AI-assisted development workflows and a willingness to experiment with tools
