Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the integration design process, the remote Technical Product Manager will manage how Nametag embeds its identity verification solutions into existing customer systems, ensuring successful integration through research, specification, and collaboration with engineering and design teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design integration workflows by developing expertise in target platforms' APIs, webhooks, and user interfaces
- Own the integration plan from research to handoff, producing detailed specifications for engineering teams
- Drive the integration roadmap by prioritizing customer demand and tracking adoption metrics across platforms
Required qualifications
- 4+ years in technical product management, solutions architecture, or a similar role focused on integration design
- Experience integrating with third-party enterprise platforms and navigating their marketplace or app review processes
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to read API documentation and design authentication flows
- Proven ability to work within constraints and find effective design solutions
- Familiarity with AI tooling and its practical applications in product management
