Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the Sonar product roadmap, the full-time remote Technical Product Manager will manage the development of AI infrastructure for financial crime prevention, focusing on secure collaboration, identity verification, and data investigation across institutions.
Key responsibilities
- Write and maintain technical specifications and integration documentation for member and partner integrations
- Collaborate with Engineering to design data and platform architecture that supports Sonar's scalability
- Define success metrics related to member adoption, inquiry volume, and quality of agent usage
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in payment networks, fintech, or financial crime products
- Experience shipping APIs or developer-facing products, with knowledge of authentication and audit logging
- Hands-on experience with AI agents and their supporting infrastructure
- Working knowledge of financial crime, including fraud and AML workflows
- Experience building products within regulatory constraints on data use, with familiarity in 314(b), GLBA, or FCRA
